Practice Administrator
I’m Kim the Practice Administrator for Dr. Carson. I have been in dentistry since 2000 and enjoy handling all of the business matters so Dr. Carson and Team can focus on helping our wonderful patients. I graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma with a Bachelor’s Degree in Community Health. I have lived in Tucson since 2000 and really love Arizona. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my wonderful husband, Dr. John Carson! I also enjoy hanging out with our two pups, Harry and Gracie, which often visit the office and love greeting patients.
Belinda
Treatment Coordinator
My name is Belinda I am the Financial/Treatment Coordinator for Dr. Carson. I have been in dentistry for 19 years, with Dr. Carson since 2010. I find my position to be very rewarding, I enjoy building relationships with our patients and helping them realize they can get the dentistry they need or want. I am a native Tucsonan, I married my high school sweetheart 35 years ago and we have two great boys, Jason and Tyler. I enjoy boating, camping, cooking and spending time with my family.
Shelly Wilson

Hi! I am Shelly Wilson. I have had the privilege to be a partner in dental hygiene care with Dr. Cason since 2005. This is truly an amazing office with talented and caring team members. I am proud to be a part of it! Some of the many reasons why I have been with Dr. Carson for so long is his integrity, his artistic and quality dentistry and above all, his genuine caring for his patients and overall wellness. These are all traits and attributes that he expects from his team members as well. Dental hygiene is my passion and it has been the utmost pleasure and honor to partner with such amazing patients throughout my years here. We pride ourselves on individualized care that is comprehensive, gentle and amazing! Come see for yourself!!
I received my Bachelors of Science in Dental Hygiene in 2000, Cum Laude, from Northern Arizona University. I share my life with 3 of the most incredible people, my husband Kurt and my 2 sons, Mason and Zackary.
Diondra
Dental Hygienist
My name is Diondra, I have been a dental hygienist since 2015. I graduated with my Bachelor’s in Dental Hygiene from the University of New Mexico and completed my Masters of Science in Healthcare Administration from Grand Canyon University. I grew up in New Mexico and moved to the Tucson area in 2019, where I fell in love with the mountains and the people immediately.
When I’m not at work you will find me at Bion CrossFit, which is where I had the pleasure of meeting the Carson’s. I also volunteer at my church and enjoy playing outdoor sports with my friends!
I have had a passion for dental medicine since the age of six. I’m so grateful to be a part of such a stellar team that shares my dedication and enthusiasm for excellent dental care.
Mila
Dental Assistant
I’m Mila. I joined Dr. Carson’s Practice in August 2019. I have been a Certified Dental Assistant since 1995. I started in dentistry in Honolulu following Massachusetts, New Mexico and Arizona with six months volunteering in South Korea working with our military in 2009. My family and I moved to Mesa, AZ in 1998 and was part of a dental team there all these years prior to moving to Tucson. I am grateful to Dr. Carson for the opportunity of being part of the team.
I am a 2 time Breast Cancer survivor and enjoys hiking, reading and gardening. I have been married to Jesse for 34 years. We have 2 daughters, both married and we are enjoying being grandparents!
